Financial Assistance & The Alex Pegler Scholarship Fund

At New Trier Hockey Club, we believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to participation. To support this commitment, we offer financial assistance through the Alex Pegler Scholarship Fund.

Originally established in 2011 through a generous donation from former New Trier Hockey player Paul Banks, the fund was renamed in 2019 to honor Alex Pegler, a former NT hockey club player who passed away unexpectedly in 2018. It continues to be supported by club families, and donations are always appreciated.

Our confidential financial assistance process is managed in partnership with the Family Service Center, ensuring privacy for all applicants. Based on need, the program offers reductions of up to 50% of the season fee.
