Season Kick Off Meeting: August 17, 11:00am at Wilmette Community Recreation Center Auditorium, 3000 Glenview Rd. This is mandatory for all players and at least one parent/guardian! Tryout lists for Saturday will be posted following the meeting.

To register for Tryouts, ALL players will need:

Register for 2024-2025 Season USA Hockey number. https://membership.usahockey.com

Current Health Exam (clearance to play sports) Form: All players need a current health exam or clearance to play sports form on file. Exams / forms are valid for 395 days and need to be signed by the player's physician. If your player's health form expires mid-season, you will need to submit a new form at that time. Click Here for a blank State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination form if you don't already have a completed form from your MD or reach out to your player's MD for a copy. When uploading, please scan 2 page forms and save as single document. Crossbar only allows uploads of one page or one document.

2006 & 2007 players will need: To complete SafeSport Training prior to tryouts (no exceptions). Training is valid for one year. Any player who took the Core Training last season (2006) will only take the refresher course. Your new USA Hockey number is required to access the training. Click Here for SafeSport Training Program. If you do not see your course, refresh the page until it populates. It can sometimes take a few attempts to be visible. Per USA Hockey, we cannot officially roster 2006 & 2007 players without completion of Safesport.

DON'T FORGOT YOUR NECK GUARD! New USA HOCKEY rule: Starting August 1, 2024, all players in the Youth (boys), Girls, High School and Junior age categories are required to properly wear a neck laceration protector that is designed for that purpose. NTHC will be requiring neck guards for all clinics and tryouts.
